Because Pasadena City College is one of the most successful community colleges anywhere in America. It consistently ranks among the nation’s leading colleges for transferring students to the UC and CSU systems, helping students reach schools like UCLA, USC, Yale, UC Berkeley, and beyond.
But I believe the opportunity ahead is even greater.
PCC has the potential to become the national model for what a modern community college can be – one that delivers exceptional student outcomes, prepares people for the changing economy, strengthens our regional workforce, and creates opportunity that ripples across Southern California for generations.
